Toilet & hygiene at BOMA: more complete, more digital and without drilling
For toilet paper, hand soap and folded hand towels, you could always turn to BOMA. But a washroom that really works takes more than the right consumables. That is why we have thoroughly renewed our BOMA toilet & hygiene range. Dispensers, consumables and exchange services now sit together in one concept. On top of that come a mounting system that needs no drilling and digital tools that give you insight from the first survey through to the invoice.
Why we took a close look at our range

More and more customers asked us whether we could take the washroom off their hands completely as well. We are happy to do that, but only if we can make it simpler, smarter and more fun than what already exists. So we started by listening. Our market research brought two recurring frustrations to light: exchange services that do not run as agreed, and walls that get damaged when dispensers are mounted. Those were the two points where we wanted to make the difference.

The full picture: dispensers, consumables and exchange services
A washroom is more than products alone. Not every problem is solved with an item from the catalogue. Sometimes the answer is a service: something that is collected, replaced or renewed at fixed intervals, without your team having to think about it. That is why we have added periodic exchange services to our concept, for hand towel rolls, mats, dust mops and feminine hygiene units among others. That way you arrange everything for the washroom with one partner and one point of contact.
BOMA Addflex: mounting dispensers without drilling

Dispensers are usually screwed to the wall. Drilling damages the wall and a glued dispenser is almost impossible to remove. BOMA Addflex works differently. This mounting system uses thousands of micro suction cups per cm² and adheres to hard tiled and plastic walls. An integrated screw matches the dispenser exactly, so it sits firmly without drilling, gluing or sealing.
That brings a number of clear benefits:
- No damage to new buildings. You do not have to drill holes in walls that have just been handed over. And there is no risk of hitting electrical or water pipes.
- A silent switchover. Old dispensers come off and new ones go on, without a drill and without disturbing the people using the building. Ideal for care institutions, for example.
- Installation without the clean-up: no drilling dust on the floor, the washbasin or in the grout. The room does not need to be taped off and can reopen straight away, with no extra clean afterwards.

Digital: from survey to invoice
Transparency is central to how we work. We survey your washrooms digitally, on site. That survey is converted directly into a quotation, an estimate of expected consumption and, ultimately, the invoice. No unclear contracts and no surprises afterwards.
You stay in control after the start as well:
- With DosDob you manage orders, budgets, stock and consumption per location. The calendar shows every scheduled delivery with the corresponding quantities.
- With BiP (BOMA in the Pocket) you have that same information in your pocket: product details, service requests and the full delivery schedule, even when you are on site.
- Because we develop these tools ourselves, we keep improving them based on what customers actually need in practice.
One point of contact for everything forl cleaning and hygiene

The renewed BOMA toilet & hygiene range fits seamlessly with everything BOMA already supplies: cleaning agents, materials and machines for professional cleaning. So you have one point of contact, whether your question is about the toilet roll, the carpet or kitchen hygiene. Our experts also look beyond their own field. If they notice a heavily soiled carpet or graffiti on a wall during a visit, we will think along about that too. And everything runs through one digital platform, with insight into delivery, consumption, invoicing and budget.
